Terrible breakfast. Price for the room is a little high. Room clean and big.

The room is spacious and clean. The location is close to many beaches (Baga/Calagunte).

The price is too high. Moreover, when I said I wanted to extend my stay four more nights. They quoted me a higher price than what was on booking.com. The breakfast is terrible. They don’t have too many options. And they serve the same Indian breakfast menu every morning. Note: Please ask if you like an English breakfast. The staff do not tell you and it’s not in the buffet. I saw some other customer asking for it and found out we could get eggs/bacon/toast too.

Best Hotel for families near Calangute ! Superb location.

The hotel has a super location with Calangute, Candolim nearby. The hotel is on the main road and in midst of a bustling market. KFC, Dominos and many restaurants are walking distance. 10/10 for the location. The property was very clean and had a good swimming pool on the terrace. The best part of the hotel is the size of rooms and bed.Having stayed at other hotels in Goa I found the room at Avenue Hotel to be much bigger with an extra wide double bed. It's perfect for the families. The room asthetics were nice and very well furnished.The washroom and toilets were clean and well maintained 10/10 for the room. The reception staff was very courteous,helpful and accomodative. My special appreciation for the front office desk staff. The restaurant at the hotel Uncle Sam was decent, nothing exceptional though the serving staff was very helpful, attentive and provide 5 star service. I will highly recommended this hotel for travellers looking to stay in North Goa. It's much better than many other hotels in North Goa.

The friendly staff could not do enough for you. The manager was visible most of the time if you needed anything. The rooftop pool was excellent with stunning views.

It is nice and quiet by the pool but there isn’t always someone to order food and drinks. There are too few towels by the pool. I understand some people may steal them but we won’t. It was cheaper to book with Booking.com; however the hotel should be allowed to match the price so you can pay them directly. I think that the Booking.co’s parity clause is unfair practice.

break fast was okay but the location was excellent, right at the middle of calangute square the rooms were exceptionally beautiful and big, the bed was comfortable too, only the bathroom has space constraint of huge COMODE located , however its manageable

overall ok.

Have to extend some more varieties and variations. we stayed for 4 days there should have been more different variations in breakfast.

Lack of Goan food. No fish item.
